Ever since I relapsed on dope I have been pretty lenient on myself in terms of smoking.
At least it is the better of the two evils, I guess.

I have one once in a while when I am stressed out. I am quite happy with my progress so far, it really helped to stop buying packs and to 86 the smoking boyfriend. =]
I had one after sex yesterday, but otherwise I haven’t really been smoking. I know having one every once in a while isn’t exactly quitting, but I think I’m doing pretty good.
Want to see something really confusing?
Look at the goal “start smoking.”
You’d think it was a joke, but look at this girl:

Are people really that simple – we want to fit in so we make horrible decisions deliberately? And openly admit it at the time?
I used to be so confused about why anyone would start smoking. You don’t get high, yet it kills your health and appearance. I guess people just get so low that they just do things without caring about consequences.
Well, cigarette tax is likely going up at least $1.25 here in NY, according to rumors. Jordan says several cigarette vendors have confirmed this. If this is true, cigarettes could go up to $7 a pack around here, or even $9 a pack in NYC.
Sounds like now is a good time to quit.
