I’m not getting to bed before at least 2am each night. I thought when I switched time zones to the other side of the world I might be able to sort this out but clearly I’m a ridiculously stubborn night owl.

... which stops me from being on time, being organised and getting stuff done. Late at night for some reason I dilly dally and find all sorts of inane things to do before going to bed, as though I’m going to miss out somehow if I go to sleep. Silliness.
I didn’t do too badly at this this week. Last night I actually went to bed by 9.30pm … I was going to read in an attempt to do something about my other “finish reading my books” goal … but I fell asleep instead and actually woke up feeling good. Still didn’t get to work on time though! I’ll work on that next week.
I am making no progress with this. It doesn’t seem like it should be that hard. I can’t seem to get to bed before 1.00am.
