started a new job a few months back... 12 months ago

and i don’t feel i talk enough to my colleagues.since its xmas i def find it easier to talk to people as we are a lot more relaxed.talking to my colleages is going to be a priority for this list….might even set it as a challenge

i don’t know if i should just talk for the sake of it because that would be changing who i am and i’m quite happy with who i am.
obviously its good to be able to talk when u need to in order to fill awkwards silences so i wont take it off yet
