i did ramona’s pilates workout last night…i’m in better shape then i thought i was. i’m still on her beginner dvd but as soon as i master her int/adv then i’ll check this off…i’ll also rotate ramona with stott since stott is a little slower and more controlled i can’t do it every time because it takes longer

i use to do pilates at least three times a week but haven’t done any in about 4 months, i really notice a difference in my body when i do so i really need to fit this back into my workout rotation
