i hate my hair 23 months ago

it’s not that it looks that bad,it’s just that it takes forever to get in shape and that i am fed up with short hair….ok now it looks like this…

so the upper part is short…the long part are not as smooth,only the inner part is this long…so its basically about 4 cm long…and i want it like this…
