I’ve tried new food (healthier) and I really like it! It came as a big surprise that I look forward to eating a salad, it’s starting to sound like a new me, I also drink a lot more water and actually NEED to drink a whole lot more, so those are things that are improving. I still haven’t been a complete angel, but I feel and see the difference.

Well, I must say I am very proud of myself. I’m on week #3 of my diet, I’ve lost 10 lbs. so far and it’s been kind of okay. I mean I’ve had some difficult times, and I’ve said “NO” to a lot of things, and others I have said “mmm… okay just this once” but it’s been so much better than I’ve had in the past 8 years, so this is a big improvement. All is good. :)
