I totally lost it! Now I’m back to eating lots of junk and not exercising as much. I really don’t think I’ve put on anymore weight but I haven’t lost any either.
I was doing great awhile back, then I got sick with a very nasty flu virus that put me on my butt for 10 days. After that I lost my momentum.

I’m doing great with my new fit lifestyle. I’ve already lost 5 pounds in the past week and a half. In the past, I’ve done the same thing I’m doing now (primarily jogging and light workout for abs, biceps, pecs, etc.) and lost over 30 pounds.
I’m tall, so I hide my weight well, but believe me it’s there staring at me in the mirror every morning after my shower. I’m right on track for my goal of 185 pounds by july. Right now I weigh in at 215.
I write articles for people as kind of a second job, and I’ve written one exposing some of the myths that the diet industry likes to perpetuate under one of my pen names. Lots of juicy info and some good solid tips on what does work for weight loss.

Ok, so I’m not “fat” looking, but my ideal weight is 185. I’m 6’5 and 215 pounds. I used to weigh in at 245 a little over a year ago, but I lost a bunch of weight playing DDR. I did look kind of chubby at this weight.
The problem is that I used to be able to eat whatver I wanted whenever I wanted when I was a teen. Now I’m older and my metabolism has slowed down, plus I now work at a desk all day.
I need to exercise more. At least 1 hour a day to get that “beach body”.
