I’m starting to build another business. It seems like the more I get ahead, the more I spend, so I’ll need to get that under control. Discipline.

I always feel like I’m on the cusp of this one but can never quite nail it.

My Plan 3 years ago

I want to retire when I’m 50. I have a little less than 20 years to go so I have to get in gear!

This is how I’m gonna do it:

1. Work my regular 9-5 40/week job to pay the bills and to beef up my 401k.
2. Create websites that generate income for me with little work.
3. Reinvest the profits from my internet income into stocks and real estate.

I’ve got #1 down, that’s the easy part. I’m currently working on #2 with 2 websites that I’m running. #3 seems to be at least 5 years into the future and I hope it’s not too late to see some good returns on the stock and real estate.
