Happy birthday! 10 months ago

I think I need to cut down on the drinking!

Had birthday drinks the other night, got totally caned (again) and smoked like a chimney (again).

Woke up in the morning feeling like an ashtray, which totally sucks.

I also need to really to stop being so half assed about quitting. Time to head to the pharmacy and get the subsidised nicotine gum…



MAJOR SLIP UP. 11 months ago

I think in order to QUIT I need to stop drinking for a bit, or in the very least stop drinking to excess. Heh.

Went out with a friend on Friday night, got absolutely caned and ended up smoking about half a pack of ciggies. Woke up in the morning feeling like a scody ash-tray, which SUCKS.

I also need to stop fucking around and take the vouches I have for getting subsidised nicotine gum in already.



Just over a week 11 months ago

It’s been just over a week since I had my last ciggie and I’m not craving one at all.
Which is surprising seeing as I’ve been more stressed than usual as of late…



God I feel SICK 12 months ago

I feel pretty gross right about now. Partly due to the fact that I decided to put waste not want not into action and smoke the remaining cigarettes I had before my quit day (today), not a good idea. My stomach hurts like a bitch.

Also because I haven’t been smoking I’ve been eating like there’s no tomorrow. All SHIT food – yesterday I ate a huge assed back of sea-salt potato chips and a 600ml coke zero, today I ate half a home-made pizza.

The pizza is making me feel REAL ass – cause it had a shit load of cheese on it and I’m lactose intolerant. Was thinking of totally giving up dairy this year… but it looks like that plan is foiled.
