It’s amazing how much better I feel just for stretching. I sleep better for one, which changes everything else entirely. I have the energy to do more, I don’t ache, crack and pop like i’m 40, and my mood is always better. Definitely a worthy goal for me.

I’ve started adding this to my nightly before-bed activities, so hopefully i’ll be able to mark “i’ve done this” fairly soon. I’ll give it two weeks. I may also try to switch it to mornings, as there are some nights when i’m tired and feeling a little more lazy… and it may actually help wake me up in the morning.
