I’ve always been a hardcore brusher… 2-3 times per day, no matter what and no matter where for the past 20 years.
And I’ve had pretty good dental health… Minimal cavities and minimal problems.
But I can’t seem to be consistent with flossing dammit. I have no idea why this is so hard. I floss anywhere from daily to monthly. I’m now to the point where I know the benefits and the consequences, and have made up my mind to do it, and I just need to stick with it and FORCE the new habit.
The past couple months I’ve been doing pretty good- Roughly 2-3 times per week. If I can keep that up, I’m okay with it. Good enough for me. But once per week or less is unacceptable to me from this point on.
I have floss sitting on my bathroom counter, and I’m just never going to put it away. It’s going to sit and stare at me every single morning and night until I learn…
