a tough one...probably a lifelong goal 4 years ago

i recently figured out that HUGE lies were being perpetuated by people who were supposed to be friends of a friend. These lies were to hurt me, and end a friendship.

i have tried to understand their motives, and probably never will. this makes me sad, but i suppose forgiveness, like love, should be unconditional. because my forgiveness of those people will make my present relationships easier.
