build my own house

Last week, I showed off the architecture for my favourite house to the Boy.

He was stunned.

Now that I’ve foudn someone to share it with, I have to find the money and the place to build it.

I really want my own house, to be minimalist with Japanese principles, bring the outside in, have a stunning view and facing either inside and outside, with a very communal sort of arragement, living, dining and eating. with bedrooms as the only spheres of privay or not.

And space to entertain 6 seated and 12-18 milling around the room.

And the plans for the house laid out…

Small, Japanese style house with the large veranda, modern kitchen, carpark to fit 2 cars, water feature, multipurpose room (dojo conversion type deal and my living quarters.

Now I need about a million USD, cash….
