I'm with ya 3 years ago

My doctor told me last week I need to switch to a low cholesterol diet which should include at least 3 servings of fruit per day. There’s no way I’m getting 3 currently, most days maybe 1 or 2. So, I decided I have to make an effort to do this AND take a multi-vitamin every day.
