need to break this habit! — 6 months ago
this is about the worst habit EVER! i think it’s more of an obsession with eating. I eat when i’m not hungry, bored, full, trying to find something to do other than what im really supposed to be doing! I’ve been doing this for a good year and nothing has broken the habit yet. I’ve even seen a doctor for this and that hasn’t helped! This is so scary that i don’t have enough determination to help myself. Does anyone know how to stop bingeing for good?
