good vacation :) back to the gym on sunday!

was super busy, so not a great week, but i’m gonna head out there around noon for some gym action!
tried to go to the gym with alex today, but we don’t have memberships to any of the same gyms in town. instead we ran up and down a huge parking garage on campus. we drove around it after and decided we ran close to two miles. i stopped some, but it was fun to change it up!

i haven’t started the weight training portion yet, but i’m getting better at stretching and such, and hopefully by doing this goal, i’ll be able to complete a few more on my list! what are some other great ideas for my routine? this is pretty standard as of the past week, but i’d really like to see results quickly!
Wednesday i’m going to bump it up to an hour of working out by finishing with 15 minutes on the stairmaster.
two days this week, going to go a third after work today. it hurts but is worth it! can’t wait to get into a good routine.
