Still desperately seeking a form of exercise that I like well enough to do on a regular basis, and wanting to lose my working-midnight-shift-too-long-and-eating-too-much-junk-food pudge, I have joined a gym near me. They have lots of great equipment and classes as well as (yay!) a pool so I should be able to find some combination of cardio and strength training that will work. I’ve been several times and really like it so far!
