Still no major signs of improvement in the flatness of my stomach – i might try changing the way i do the sit ups … or maybe i actually have to start going running.. :(

but still going strong in getting them done. Def doing them first thign in the morning has been good.

well i have actually been pretty good with this now.. i followed the advice of one of my comments and made it part of my routine…
it’s now my get of of bed.
i literally roll off my bed onto the floor and do my sit ups and then get up and get ready for work.

the days; i have missed it in the morning (only one or two cos i ‘ve been sleeping on a couch at a friends house) i’ve done it in the evening before i go to bed.
So far

25 days – that means i’m a quarter of the way there!
HURRAY!!!!



real trouble 2 years ago

man i seem to be having real trouble with this goal.
I try and do them every morning but some morings i’m just getting out of bed too late.

So yet Again i have started from day one.

i’m not sure what i can do to remember to do them every day.
Any suggestions????

major back pains from lifting heavy boxes incorrectly .. have had to stop this goal .. but will start again from day 1 as soon as it’s better.

Day 1 and day 2 complete .. it’s been a few months it seems since i last tried to complete this. i am determined to make it this time!

so it’s now 10th of september and i have been regularly doing this each night (ok so maybe i’ve skipped one or two nights here and there!) that makes it about 29 days since i last wrote here…
i’m gonna round it down to 25 so therefore i’ve done maybe 26 days… my abs are feeling great. rock hard, but underneath a layer of flab!!! i just have to get rid of that. i think it’s helping my posture as well cos i can wear slightly tigheter fitting tops now with a bit more confidence but i still have to make sure my back is straight to hold the flab gut in!!!

i seem to be remembering every other day
i guess that’s better that not doing it at all.
as soon as i have remembered for 5 days in a row then i will start counting again
so far – day 1



disaster ... but i'm not giving up 3 years ago

so i completly failed when i tried previously. ...
i went on holiday and had every intention of doing it while i was away but it just didn’t happen.
so i have started again…
and i know i will not make it to 100 days agian this time as i’ll be on holiday again but at least i’m going to try and get further than 22 days or whatever i did before.

So Day 1 and 2 – tick
Day 1 i did 100 but day 2 i have already done 150 and might do some more when i go to bed… it’s much easier this time as well.
i started as well wearing exfoliating gloves so sliding my hands up and down my legs as i do it is also exfoliating!!!

9 to 18 where no problem.
i forgot day 19 and 20 but have done more than enough to make up for it today (Day 22).
