It’s taken me forever to actually get into a good pattern with food and exercise but I’m doing really well lately! I go to the gym at least four times a week, I’m eating a lot better, and I’ve lost eight pounds so far! The weight is coming off slowly, but I’m okay with that because I’m doing it the right way – no gimmicks, no weird diet, just trying to take good care of myself. Right now I’m at 148, and that’s the first time I’ve seen the 140s in over a year :) I hope to be in the 120s by my birthday (February), and I think this is a really realistic goal. I’m very proud of myself!
