stop biting my nails

is that I’ve started biting my nails so much again. It was sort of difficult with braces on becuase they would bet in the way a tad. But, now that I have them off, it’s like all of the old habits have come back. My nails look so gross, and I really want them to look nice.
Maybe I’ll try more of those “No More Bite” nail polishes. I don’t know if they’ll work, but it’s worth a shot, right?

ARgh! Up until last week, my nails were beautiful. They weren’t ridiculously long or anything, but they had some white on them and when I painted them, they actually looked NICE! That has never happened before. I hadn’t bit them in something like 2 weeks. Well, anyway, I was watching a movie the other night and what did I do? Bit my nails. All of them. They are back to being too short and really ugly. I am putting this stuff on them that makes them taste bad so that you don’t want to bite them, but it really hasn’t worked. I should get some more nail grow stuff.
