Yah, well. The lady that was taking us to the Bahamas bummmed out on us, so it seems that I really don’t have much reason to lose that fat I was so self-concious about before, but I still want to do it just cause it’d be nice to be nice and flat in the ab region. I am sad that we can’t go to the Bahamas, but I guess good still came from it because I was so nervous about it that i started doing ab excercises, and now I sort of like doing them. So, even though I’m not going, I am still going to keep up the crunches and stuff like that in hopes that the fat will still be gone for other summer activities.



Woopsies.

Okay. Well. So far, I really haven’t done anything to help me along wtih my goal. I’ve exercised one time since I set this goal and it was for about 5 minutes. I mean, I walk up alot of stairs everyday, but that is not focused exercise, ESPECIALLY not focused on the area of my body that I want to lost fat in.
So, everybody needs to cheer me on, because I really really REALLY don’t want to have my gross fat hanging out all over everybody in the Bahamas. So don’t let it happen. HELP ME! Do it for the poor, helpless Bahama…ians…Bahama-people. They don’t want to see my belly fat, and neither do I.



Just a few crunches ever day...

I am going to the Bahamas in July and will be on a cruise ship surrounded by a lot of people I don’t know. For my whole life I have needed to lose a bit of belly fat, and thus have always been self-concious in bathing suits. As long as I feel good in swim suits and summery clothes, I know I will be able to enjoy this vacation more.

Here is my plan:
10 minutes of crunches every weekday after school.
Going for a walk/jog/run atleast once a week.
Select healthier school lunches.
