And it’s only getting harder!!! I’ve been at about -25lbs. from my initial weight for about a month and a half… I weighed in this morning and the scale said about 148 from my initial 175… so maybe I’ll start seeing a little progress soon. I’m SO CLOSE!!
I think my actual goal now is to make it to 140 lbs. That’s not unreasonable for my height of being 5’2. I’m still quite overweight. I don’t notice a whole lot of change in my body, but others say they do. I have been getting very discouraged lately having only lost about 2 lbs. in 1.5 months or so, even though I’ve been working out and eating healthily the entire time.
Thanksgiving is coming up… and then Christmas!! =/ Yall send me good energies so I can make it through this and not gain back a lot of weight. Spending time with family is going to be a huge challenge. I wasn’t able to lose this weight until I went away to live on my own, and now I’ll be going back to my parent’s house for a week (4 hours away from my gym too!). =/
