Believe it or not, I’ve been doing squats and crunches every day. But that’s all I’ve got time for. (Plus, it’s really really cold outside!)

I always find reasons to put this one off. I’m too sick, too tired, too stiff, too busy, too … everything. Let’s change that!
Tonight: Yoga, crunches and weights.
Edit: So I didn’t get to the yoga or crunches. I did do 50 crunches and 50 bridges. Now I’m going to sleep.
