Since I couldn’t go to yoga class lately I stopped doing it. Of course it wasn’t meant to be that way because I told myself I’ll do it at home…but…There are always “buts”. And I’ve just realized- if I really want to do it, I got to do it. There are no “buts”. And I do want to do it!
I’ve larned quite a lot of asanas already. Most of them are still hard for me and need to learn to do them better but yoga definitely makes me feel so much better. It’s great so I want to keep getting better…
And I do want to improve so much. I love the feeling yoga gives me and I like the way of life connected with yoga! All about it is great!
Well, I go to yoga class regularily once a week right now. I’ve noticed that I feel really good afterwards so I started to practice some asanas at home on my own. I really want to get better at that:)
I am going to my second yoga class today…It will take a lot of time to learn to do it all correctly, but so far I like it:)
