I am running on regular basis. Recently just 3 times a week as I don’t have time to run more often. Mostely weekends so I am trying to get my running done every Saturday and every Sunday which sometimes really is not easy…Well, I have to do some other exercises besides running. And that is my goal for the upcomming week- to figure out how to squize in some “fitness time” into my busy week day routine…

Went to weightroom yesterday/
went for a run this morning, which turned out to be real fun as I met my “running buddy” that I haven’t seen in a while:) That made it much easier to get the run done and made me enjoy it even more:)

I am back at my fitness club:)  — 1 year ago

Paid for one month. I’ve already been there once this week and I enjoyed it so much! Not too many people , because of holiday time. Relaxing atmosphere. Nice. And I felt so much healthier and so much more confident when I left the weightroom after that hour! Way to go:)

getting back to running:)  — 1 year ago

after some 2 weeks break. Two weeks is not very long in general, but it is long enough unfortunately to loose quite a lot (of shape) when training for some running event. It finally stopped raining today so I got out there and did my first run in two weeks. It felt great. Now I know I’m back on track:) It is always the hardest part to put on my running shoes again for the first time after break. I did it and now I can’t wait for my next run:)
