1. -Heal from arm infection, once & for all-
2. -Drop off donations at Salvation Army-
3. Delete 500 emails



I haven't done this in forever!

So, this week I will
. 100 situps/day
. lights off by 1AM every night
. delete 50 emails/day

Can I do it…?



Week December 16-22

- bed by midnight every night
- finish xmas cards
- prepare for month away



November 25-December 2nd

- prepare wine dinner- big success!
- get over tonsilitis- turned out to be Strep!
- sleep lots



Late November

- lose another 2 lbs
- in bed with lights out by 1AM every morning
- 10 things to give away



Week of November 11th- 18th

- drop another 2 lbs
—complete PADI certification: wasn’t able to… got terribly sick
- in bed by 1AM each morning



Week of November 5th, 2012

- Lose another 2 lbs (down to 195!) Tripped up on this goal
- Investigate Scuba class- Will be PADI certified by end of this week!
- delete 250 emails (45 thus far)-



Week of the 11th

- solve ipod issues once and for all!-

- figure out 30 things to donate/trash

- workout 5X-



Sunday, May 28th?

This week
- go to bed by 1AM every night/morning

- get below 200lbs

- delete 500 emails



This week

- get down to 185 lbs by next Sunday
- wear lipstick daily this week
- give P a great holiday
