Back on the train. Almost two months of working out 3 times per week. I start full-time work next week (as opposed to part-time) so my goal will be to do weights 3-4 times per week during my lunch our (the gym is across the street) and cardio Mon-Thur-Sat throughout the week. I’m basically meeting my working out but still consuming more than I need in junk food. oh how I love you junk food….

So, I left to make my way slowly back to school. my fitness goal for my time at home was to go to the gym 10 times. I made it 9. not bad, but really, I was so close, why couldn’t I drag myself out one more time? Oh well, I think I at least mostly off balanced all of the junk I ate continuously over my three week holiday (oh and for the 3 weeks before that during exams).
A new goal? I’m not sure. how about to do something active 3 times this week. I won’t be home so i’m not sure what will be available.
This isn’t exactly a one week goal but it will do. i am at my parent’s house for the holidays, a total of three weeks, two more now. I purchased a gym pass that is good for 12 visits. my goal is to use at least 10 before I leave on the 30th. So far I have used three since I bought it three days ago. So far so good!
