I am continuing to lose weight and I have a much better figure than I have ever had. But I need to do better about working out. Improvement, but still a goal to keep in mind.

Well, since I started grad school this past August (2010) I have lost 45lbs. I did this by going on a specific diet and doing yoga every day. So while I may not be in the best shape yet, I am working on it. This is the first time I’ve had muscles in a while, so it feels good! Just have to keep it up!
