I’m really having a hard time with this one. I’ve been biting my nails for eighteen years. Gee whiz! I don’t even notice when I’m doing it and I have no idea how to prevent myself from doing it. Maybe I do it while I’m sleeping because I don’t remember doing it and my fingers are just randomly sore and sometimes bleeding when I wake up? It’s strange. Please help :[
