Okay.. 16 months ago

so I was supposed to start four days ago, but instead I started today. So that’s a bit bad but at least I’ve started now :)
I did 20 minutes of running/jogging/walking which I think is a good start. And I’m moving house soon and theres an oval at the end of our street so hopefully I can start walking my dog and going for a run every day like I used to.
Also, I’m going to start playing a team sport once a week to keep me motivated :)

I’ve always found running really hard. I can’t motivate myself and would rather cycle or swim because it’s less scary for me. But I am determined to overcome it, so as of tomorrow I will start running. I think I will start with intervals, like running for 1 minute and then walking for 3, and build up from there.
