Have decided to restart this goal. So far this week I have gone for a walk on the beach for at least 30 mins, three times. I think that if I keep this goal up for another 4 weeks I will count it as a start to my new healthy habit and tick this goal off :)

why is this so hard?
i have decided that perhaps motivation is the key, so i will start to reward myself with a clothing voucher for every week that i do this. yay.

I have failed.
No it’s bad to say that. I have slipped up.

Okay, obviously my approach has to change. In order for me to succeed I have to do something different; I will schedule in exercise three times a week, for an hour each.
Then I can make it happen.

I’ve decided that any exercise must be 20mins or more to count. I’m basically just trying to get into the habit of exercising and then later on I will increase the intensity and duration.
My problem is that I can exercise every day for about a week and then I stop, so I think if I make this a habit I’ll stick to it.

So i started again.
Sunday night, 12th October.
Walked my dog for 45 mins (it was meant to be half an hour but I got lost haha).
So thats 1/3 of week one’s exercise :)

gahhh i am really really sick.
like, i havent left the house for two days which is really rare for me. this means that i havent really been able to exercise. but i’ve been coughing so much that my abs are getting really sore so i guess im working those muscles haha.
will resume this goal in about three days.

I want to start doing this,
by START exercising three times a week, I think I will cross this off once I have done it for.. five weeks. Because it takes four weeks to form a habit so I will know that it really is a habit.
So far this week I have exercised once, but it’s only Wednesday so I think that’s ok for now. So yep four and a half weeks to go :)
