This has taken me a long time but i’ve started to eat more salads and fruits and vegetables. Haven’t had any take-away food for sooo long, which is strange because I used to eat McDonald’s all the time. Feeling good :) Just need to keep it up.

tired and lethargic all the time, i put on weight, i get moody. i think that diet has a lot to do with this.
so from now on, i am actively going to start eating healthier.
