ok so my weightwatchers account got cut off and i actually GAINED some weight. need to reprioritize and get this goal done :)

i am really not doing too well at all.
BUT I have come up with a plan;
motivate myself to exercise and eat healthily.
So I have bought myself some vouchers for different stores and if I do 4×1 hr of exercise a week, I get one.
Hopefully then I will get into to habit and everything will be much easier :)
apparently lost a kilo.
i think its just because i weighed myself early this morning before i had anything to eat or drink.
but anyway i am trying, tomorrow i am going to go to the gym and sunday as well if i have enough money.
if not i shall go for a longggg walk.
by the end of march
that gives me 32 days. 1 kilo every 10 days. 100 grams per day. sounds easy enough :)
start with a healthy breakfast tomorrow and plenty of exercise!
current weight: 72kg.
goal:69kg.
