Dancing helps everything 14 months ago

Dancing has always made me feel better. I danced from the time I was 3 years old until I was 19. I loved jazz the best, but I also enjoyed hip-hop, modern, ballet, and tap. Dance is such a stress reliever for me and it is wonderful exercise too. It’s been years since I have taken a class. I have lost most of my flexibility and strength, and I am so scared to go back.
