I’ve reached my goal weight (finally after 3 years of struggling to gain weight) and I now feel healthy and attractive again! :)
My current weight is just over 50kg but I have a feeling I might gain more.. lol.. once you get started its hard to stop!! ahaha!
I’ve learnt that in order to reach a goal it is best to be specific about it so that u will know when u’ve accomplished it for one thing.. but somehow things just start falling into place when you know exactly where you want to be.
So on that note I’ve figured I want to go from 48.5kg at the moment to 53kg (or 107lbs to 117lbs).
I’m sure I can do it if I just focus on accomplishing this goal
I’m going to use the Body 4 Life principles so hopefully this time it will be different!!
I plan to complete this goal within 1-3 months.

I really dont enjoy eating as much as I used to. sometimes I don’t feel like eating even though I feel hungry. I just don’t want to put food in my mouth. (It’s strange I know)
I don’t understand it. I’m not anorexic or bulimic but I might have some sort of eating disorder even if its just loss of appetite. I just have to figure out what’s wrong.
I’m trying to get myself to eat more but sometimes it just feels like such an effort. It shouldn’t. I know it shouldn’t. I need help but what am I supposed to do!? I don’t know.
Right now I’m 48kg and I should be 51kg to be healthy. 3kg might not seem like much but 51kg is the bottom end of healthy. Being below that puts me at risk for osteoporosis and I just feel so weak as well.
I want to get on top of this thing!
i like being my size. i don’t want it any other way.
I don’t really care what I weight any more. Just as long as my clothes fit and I’m not boney.

I’ve gained 2 kilos, I just need another 2 or 3 now then it’s cool.
I’m loving all this eating, as long as I can find nice food when I’m hungry (which is anytime).
The key: It doesn’t matter what you eat, just eat lots of it!
You know the whole BMI thing? Well I have been underweight all my life and been trying to gain weight since Grade 5. In 2004 I finally managed to gain weight from 51kg to 54kg. I don’t know what that is in pounds… anway it might not look like a lot but it made a difference to me. I finally felt what it is like to have pants that are too small when they really should fit! And I was able to make fat rolls which I had never done in my life!
Unfortunately I lost my appetite in December 04 and went down to 48kg!
Oh, sorry let me tell you how/why I gained weight in the first place… My best friend rejected me = emotional trauma = chronic emotional pain etcera… Now I’ve just got to find a way to gain weight without that!!
