well i’ve managed to tone my body by doing the body for life challenge. I’m on week 9 this week and I’m much stronger than I was before. I’m very happy with the progress I’ve made.. just gotta keep it up :)

I’m doing aerobic exercise about 3 times each week and doing odd strength exercises almost every day so I’m definitely getting fit. I can even notice a little bit of muscle developing:)
My parents gave me a trampoline for my 21st so I’m hopefully gonna be able to get fit again without risking my life or getting an injury!
went for a mini jog yesterday – yay 10 minutes :)
my injury is feeling ok to run on but it will probably come back coz I haven’t got new shoes. I hear that it one of the main causes of injury.
otherwise keeping active by walking places.
