well, the weeks of not exercising and not dieting have finally caught up with me 213.4
I’m done with my projects and I’m starting back in with my normal routine, so my new goal for 210 is July 25.
210.8 – steady, which is good considering my recent bout of horrible back pain and my two huge projects (keeping me away from the gym and off the diet)
210 goal is on hold until the projects are done (they are really important, all consuming, life changing projects)
I hope I can keep steady or even lose a little in the meantime.

Not quite at my goal of 210 by june 13, but close. Maybe next week I’ll be at 210.
