even though the fish dishes at some of the lunch places I go to with my coworkers are significantly more expensive than the chicken or beef dishes. I have also looked into mercury content, to guide my choices. The next thing to look into is overfishing…

My partner does not like to eat most fish, but I really like to eat it. So my goal is to eat fish more often when I go out to eat. For some reason, I do not often choose fish when I eat at restaurants. Yesterday I had red snapper curry when I went out to lunch and a salmon fillet when I went out to dinner. Yummy! I can also incorporate more fish into my work-day bag lunches (like tuna in a green salad). Also, I should make more of an effort to make fish for myself when my partner makes a pork chop or a steak for himself. I have done this in the past, but have not done it recently. And also we should make an effort to eat the fish that he does like (fresh water trout) more regularly. That would be good for both of us.
