Then I hurt my back (all better now) then loads of stress and additional work fell from the sky, eating all my running training time.
I will get back to it, but I probably lost some endurance by now.
I’m planning on starting the couch to 5K program next week, on a treadmill at the gym. I want to do a fun run with my family this summer.
The price for their training went up this year, beyond what I was thinking of spending, so I am going to try the couch to 5K program – if anyone has done it, I’d love to get feedback on the program.
A friend of mine recommended the AIDS 1/2 marathon for running training. It begins in January, and my current goal is to begin to fast walk (maybe jog a little too) regularly now, so I don’t go into the training starting from absolute zero.
