25th October

So i booked another appointment to give blood on 25th October. I turned up at the blood donating centre and filled out the forms, i was given. They tested my blood for iron levels. My iron levels are too low for me to give blood. So I now have to wait 4 months before trying again.

Cold

So i have a cold at the moment and You are not allowed to give blood if you have a cold. So my appointment has been cancelled again. I am trying to rebook in the next couple of days. Waiting for Give Blood to get back to me.

New Date

So I have booked to give blood again. Its on the 11th October @ 7.30pm. I am drug free from all the Meds I was on. So a good time to try and give blood again. Woohoo can’t wait.

Try Again

I was at the doctors today and have been taken off my meds. I spoke to him about me give blood. He said that he could not see a problem with me giving blood. So I am going to book an appointment and give it another try.

Cancelled Appoinment

I have had to cancel my appointment due to the meds I am on. Going to the doctors today to get some results but still can’t give blood for a couple of weeks.

I have justed phone the number of the www.blood.co.uk website. I have booked my appointment for Friday 16th April at 6.20. It is strange but i am looking forward to it.

I have tried this before but i have to much iron in my blood. My diet is more healthier now and i am going to try giving Blood again.
