It’s very easy. I’ve lost 10.6 lbs.
Only eliminated soda drinks, sweets and bread. One month.

My next goal will be 20 lbs (added to these) and then 33.
I need to lose at least 25 lbs before July.
I wonder what’s my weight today…

3.3 kg = 7.26 lbs
But I can’t see much difference on myself. My next goal will be to lose another 10 pounds :) I’ll keep losing until I weigh 150 lbs. I’m tall – 176 cm, so that would be perfect.
