It has just enough explanation for me to understand how to do this.
I’m still practicing. I’m working on the toss the ball casually without having to watch it.
Unfortunately, the dogs think that I’m tossing the ball as a way to torture them and will wait (not patiently) dancing around my feet until I finally throw the danged thing for them.
Note to self: practice juggling when the dogs are locked out of the room. Otherwise, all the juggling in the world won’t save you from the flying furbombs of fury, frantic in their desperation to reach the dangerous balls of death.
Anyway the video is here on my blog where I stored it for my repeated use:

For some reason, I suffer from the ultimate white man’s disease when it comes to certain things. I got rhythm in abundance for certain things. I can make music until it comes out my ears. I don’t know if I would go so far as to say I have perfect pitch, but I am close. I can keep a beat and it drives me crazy when people get off. I love syncopation. Give me a three against two beat and I can keep it until my eyes bleed. I’m good with stuff like that.
But for some odd reason, I have a mental block when it comes to juggling. I actually think I’m going to have to find a patient teacher.
I’ve tried the books. I tried videos in the past, but not lately. Maybe I need to give that another shot. But I’m setting the bar pretty low here. Not really high expectations here at all. I’m not planning on tossing bowling balls and chainsaws – well, ever.
So if you know anyone in the Atlanta area that would be willing to help an old frustrated lady learn to juggle, let me know, would ya?
