Haven’t thought about this for a while, and while I think I’ve made some progress, would like to do better. Will go and read a couple of pages at least of my book, The Dance of Anger.

Just read a short chapter in my book on stress, on being angry, interestingly it said that our culture doesn’t like anger and lots of us try not to feel it, but then it can turn into other things such as anxiety. This struck a chord. The author suggested hitting a pile of cushions with a baseball bat (not being American I don’t have a baseball bat, but I get the idea) and also suggested drawing your anger. A bit off the wall but I like that idea and might give it a go.
Breaking this goal down a bit. I heard somewhere that only you can make you angry, that you can choose to react to someone / something in a different way. I don’t know if I believe it, but I know how stressful I find it when I’m angry and I’d love to get through a day without someone making me p’d off!
