Back when I was deeply depressed (5 years ago) I knew I had to do something or I was going to wind up dead or in an institution for observation. I came up with the 3 pronged attack…actually I borrowed a military term. The three prongs are:
Mind
Body
Art
The grinding sadness has subsided, but the day to day blues linger on. I have let the attack subside and now am feeling the effects.
Add to the mix that I have been in Grad school for the last year and a half.
