I’ve been diagnosed as ADHD just recently after years of disfunction, dealing with my addictions, my counsellor and doctor have refered me to a therapist as I fear I may be Bipolar, it would certainly explain a lot of the problems I’ve experienced so far in my life. I just wish I had done this a lot sooner.
