I walked my very first 5k yesterday. I was going to do a ‘couch to 5k’ program and I figured I should just walk and see how far I could go. It turns out, at 380 lbs. I can walk a 5k!
Now I am going to increase my distance slowly until I can walk a half marathon, then a full marathon.
My wish is to run a marathon, but I think I should walk and jog before I run.
