keep my house clean

I’ve got the whole house full of family, including my and Jon’s mothers. So they’re leaving hardly anything for me left to do.
I am definitely not complaining about that!

We bought a new vacuum cleaner and I did the whole house (living room, master bedroom and guest room yesterday, Florida room and office today).
What a difference it makes!
I also mopped the kitchen and bath and cleaned the rest of the house. This is definitely a Monday thing. Weekends are really not good for house cleaning at all. We always have fun things going on and are too busy or not even at home on the weekends.

My sink is shiny, the house is getting cleaner and tomorrow we’re buying a new vacuum cleaner so I can finally get the carpeted rooms done, too.
I also bought feather duster to get the dust off quicker.
I can’t believe I’m actually walking around the house looking for dirt to get rid of!

I washed and changed the bed linens today. We’ll sleep so good in the nice and clean bed!

It really seems to work, and now I just have to keep it that way. There are still many spots that I have to work on, but I already made remarkable progress here!
