Got back on track with the plan and my bodyfat has been coming down. Need to add more cardio.

13.4% - December 15th

I get tested monthly and my bodyfat at last test was 13.4%. My goal is to get down to single digits. My plan to acheive that goal is documented (in brief) on my website
