Coming back to my ‘43 things’ list after a long break I am surprised and delighted to see that I have almost achieved the goal I thought was one of the hardest to achieve. By putting my needs first for over 60 weeks, I have been able to lose (so far) 56 of the 70 I want to lose (well 77 really). There’s real power in putting your dreams ‘out there’...and hard work of course!
