learn graphic design

did a big portrait of some guy tonight and it felt gooood!. So good to be in an environment so different to where I work. I feel so enthused about everything! Can’t wait till monday, wonder what i’ll be drawing then? Bought myself a lovely sketchbook too. Hopefully will use it at the weekend rather than drinking… :D

well, i’ve signed up to some art classes at ECA. I start on monday doing two classes a week. Gonna do drawing and painting this term, moving into graphic design & illustration in term 2, then photoshop in term 3. Its not like i can quit my job and do a degree in graphic design, but this is a start – hopefully I can start building a portfolio now. Can only get better with practice!
